Trauma Informed Somatic Therapy
Trauma informed therapy goes deeper then talk therapy. It is a collaborative process that helps you understand your inner world, shift unhelpful patterns, and build a more grounded, connected way of living. Although conversations are important , the real healing begins when we go deeper, when we change the way the body interprets information. Trauma is not just in the mind, it is systemic. Talk therapy only addresses one part of the experience. To heal we have to address all systems, including the gut, nervous system, hormones, muscles, immune system and more. Therapy sessions may include somatic practices, trauma-informed approaches like EMDR, and inner child work, to help create lasting change. I charge a flat rate for individual and couples therapy. This includes a 55 minute session. I do take insurance in Oregon, California, and Nevada..
Wellness Coaching
Wellness coaching is a collaborative, whole-person approach that helps you create sustainable changes in your physical, emotional, and lifestyle well-being. It blends guidance, education, and accountability with practices that support balance, resilience, and daily habits that actually fit your life. Instead of focusing only on symptoms, wellness coaching looks at the interconnected systems of your body and mind—nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, mindset, environment—and helps you build practical strategies that support long-term health and empowered self-leadership. This is for an our session. Follow up sessions are $60 and are 30 minutes.
Spiritual Counseling
Spiritual counseling, in my work, is a warm and collaborative space where we explore meaning, purpose, values, and connection in ways that honor your unique story. As a Unitarian Universalist, I approach spirituality as inclusive, open-hearted, and deeply respectful of all paths, and I draw from my personal experiences with many religious and spiritual traditions to meet you where you are — whether your grounding comes from faith, nature, relationships, inner wisdom, or simply the search for what feels true for you. Rather than offering answers, I walk alongside you as you reflect on life’s questions, navigate transitions or loss, and reconnect with what brings you a sense of wholeness, using mindful, reflective, and body-aware practices to support clarity, resilience, and alignment in your life.
